Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a 50% booking fee, which will be deducted from the cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit the booking fee.

Cancellations and rescheduling requests are not accepted via email, text message, social media, or phone call and must be made through the booking system.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, your 50% booking fee will remain on your account as a credit for a future appointment. If you would prefer the credit to be refunded, please submit a request via the Contact page on this website.

Please note that late arrivals may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled at our discretion. In these circumstances, the booking fee may be forfeited.

We reserve the right to refuse service where appropriate.
